IvabignHi all — Mike here from UE. We have an in-house audiologist on Tuesdays from 12:30-1:30 and we have our audiologist at SIR in Hollywood on Thursdays from 11:30-1:30. Open hours. Just drop by.

Mike, could we have the option for personalising the faceplate? If not at least artwork/engrave e.g our initials on the faceplate instead of the UE logo?
And can we send the impressions directly to UE instead of sending to Massdrop? It will quicken the process instead.

LevvyLooks like the description has been changed to have us shipping the impression off to UE instead of Massdrop, which I imagine is what most everyone wanted.

UltimateEarsSo, Mike..we can just drop by SIR (Studio Instrument Rentals?) in Hollywood on Thursday between 11:30 and 1:30 to have impressions made? If going this route would we still need to ship the impressions to Massdrop? Or should I just make the slightly longer drive to Irvine and have them done at the main office?
