I just noticed that one of the interior walls between the two bores has piece missing. I have tried to contact support about addressing this problem, but I have yet to hear back. Has anyone else tried to contact support?

crphilippI never got a response from UE in January, and I've no clue at what stage HemiSam is with them regarding a poor fitting unit. As much as I love my UERM, I hate how UE has responded and can't fathom how anyone would claim UE to have great customer service at this point. You may need to get Danny / Massdrop Support to assist if you aren't getting anywhere.

crphilippThe bass bore is actually a sound tube that ends right at the end of the nozzle, it's perfectly normal.

wild_oneI've mailed support about some fit issues too, they generally take about 3-4 days to reply to my emails.
I've gotten a return authorization after about a week of emailing back and forth and I believe HemiSam have got that sorted out too.
I guess patience is the key here.

MachGiven the lack of pictures, I can only assume that what he has is a unit where at some point before the end the separator between the two no longer exists.
As for UE's response times, 3-4 days is quite a bit more than what I'd call reasonable. That just feels way too close to a week to give them a pass.

wild_oneYou are correct, wild_one. I remember seeing two bore holes when I initially go them, now there is a chip in the wall between the two bore holes. I finally got a human at UE, they let me know how to get it repaired. It will be covered under the warranty.
