Hello, I just joined, primarily for the audiophile products. Looking at purchasing the NHT C3 speakers for our new living room. Space is about 15 feet wide by 33 long and they will fire long ways. Space is just for general listening, music room with all equipment is downstairs, so hoping they will fill it with sound nicely. Cheers.

I especially like the new N8 Lucious IEM's because they have a single dynamic Driver, paired with 8x BA Drivers. So I'd imagine that they have a great visceral low-end, paired with loads of detail because of the hybrid design! And they're also some of the cheaper 64 Audio IEM's at $1,700-$2,000 depending on the kind of shells and extras you want! My Dorado's only have a single DD and 2x High BA Drivers.
The one thing that I DO like about these new UE IEM's is that they come Stock with the Linum G2 SuperBax T2 cable. I own the Linum G2 SuperBax and Bax MMCX cables and they are VERY amazing and revealing of nuances you just don't hear with most of the stock IEM cables out there. They have so much detail, clarity and resolution it's insane. They also have an intimacy that I've just NEVER heard from any other IEM cables! The whole frequency spectrum gets pumped up and the soundstage and imaging really make them come alive! The instrument separation is also very noticeable too!
Good luck with the 64 Audio IEM's, and color me jealous lol 😀 Once I finish paying off my Dorado's (over halfway there), I'm definitely considering the N8 Lucious CIEM's or going even bigger and doubling down on the Tia Fourte's as my serious ENDGAME IEM's!
I did start off with the UE900s but they failed after a short period of time and UE customer support was less than useful. Fortunately MD support took care of me, but it makes me wary to go down the road with UE again (especially on a large purchase like these)
The N8s seem interesting too but i'm worried they might be too bass heavy?
And as far as the N8 Lucious CIEM's having too much bass/low-end, it's hard to say without hearing them, and also knowing what type of music you mainly listen to!
I have different uses for my CA Andromeda and Dorado IEM's, as well as my Second Generation Westone UM Pro 30's, but I would love a single pair of IEM's that sounded like both of my Campfire Audio IEM's!
That said though, no matter which IEM's we end up with, it's damn near impossible to find the "perfect" pair of IEM's to cover all genres of music with style and ease, and it's hard to pinpoint a particular Sound without being able to try them out first! That's why I think that no matter how much you spend on IEM's, they ALL definitely have their pros and cons. If you're mainly listening to just one genre of music, it's probably a little bit easier to find your "endgame" IEM's, however, without being able to demo them first, it's still up in the air!
But IMO, you probably can't go wrong with any of the 64 Audio IEM's/CIEM's. Like I said, I have different uses for my Andromedas and Dorado's, and I'm just very fortunate to have both and be able to tailor my IEM's to which kind of music I feel like listening to at any given moment! I would still love a pair of 64 Audio CIEM's that would cover 95% of the music I listen to, which is mainly the live Recordings I make with Schoeps mics and Sound Devices Mixpre Series recorders!
Good luck finding what you want, and leave your wallet at the door LoL 😁
Campfire Ardromeda, Audeze iSine 20 (on iPhone), 64Audio A12t and maybe Exmpire Ear Zeus Adel (this one is quite expensive).
From the reviews I read the sound signatures for those are quite different..
I used to own IE80, Shure 535, Westone 4(old version), Westone UM3x(old version), UE 900s, Shure 215.
UE900s is only good for price range $100-$200 (I got it for a little over $200). Sound signature is chaotic.. just weird.
Shure 535 is better than UE900s, but is 'tonally dead'. Tuned heavily for pop music for regular users.
Westone 4 and UM3x are my favorite at this point (before I move to the next price range of IEMs), neutral, however I feel the vocal for UM3x is really weird. No complaint to resolution for their prices though.
The Trio has a single Dynamic Driver for the lows, and 2x BA Drivers (one for the mid/high and one Tia for the highs).
The Fourte has a single Dynamic Driver for the lows, and 3x BA Drivers (one Tia for the highs, one high/mid, and one Tia mid).
I absolutely LOVE that both of those models are fully tubeless, and don't rely on a tube and dampering system to get the sound from the drivers to the sound nozzles, but instead rely on an acoustic chamber to tune the drivers! I bet that gives all of the driver's a depth and extension that's absolutely jaw dropping to actually hear. Campfire Audio has something similar to that called the TAEC (Tuned Acoustic Expansion Chambers) for their highs, and that's why I absolutely LOVE the high-end extension of my CA Andromeda and Dorado IEM's!
But as far as your typical (and non-Tia) design, the N8 Lucious CIEM's are like the more traditional "hybrid designs", and cost half as much as the Fourte, and even a little bit less than the Trio, for good reason most likely!
But for the hybrid design and number of Drivers in the N8 Lucious, I'm sure it's no slouch either, and I'm just glad to see that 64 Audio is coming out with more affordable IEM's and CIEM's! I can actually afford a pair of those in this lifetime LoL 😁
That said, the Andromedas are awesome sounding IEM's and I am happy with those for 90-95% of the music I typically listen to. I did get some CA Dorado's last month too for when I want a little bit more bass/low-end for certain types of music, and I'm very fortunate to have both pairs of those.
But it really comes down to your budget, your main listening preferences, and comfort. I think that it's pretty hard to go wrong with the Andromedas, and if I were you I would try to get the new stainless steel limited edition Andromedas! If I would have waited a few months to get mine, I could've gotten a pair too!
And read as many reviews as you possibly can to get a better idea of what a particular IEM sounds like! Reading just a few reviews might not give you the same idea of an IEM's sound as reading 20+ reviews.
Here's a BUNCH of Andromeda reviews from numerous different people, and I'd start there before you buy anything. Patience is a virtue and try not to be too spontaneous!

Just curious on if you would have any recommendation for a store that have demo units from different brands.
I travelled a lot, so stores in any major US cities would be good. I should eventually be able to get there and try something IEMs out.
Thanks.
