solgoodguyThey failed to fetch IEMs back for correction because I live outside the US and they were unable to initiate return from their side (though we have UPS, DHL and EMS here). They refunded me $100 for incorrect art (since it was the extra I paid for custom art, which wasn't applied, obviously). And I was left with these ugly faceplates for years now.

ToxicDang that really sucks. I can't imagine dropping over 1k on a pair of customs just for it to come out not the way you intended it to. Getting a $100 buck "sorry we screwed up" is also kind of iffy...

ToxicI've personally had nothing but good experiences with them but oof yeah I'd be pretty pissed if I asked for custom art for my Reference Remastered and they screwed it up

I own UE 11 Pro and I like the bass response very much, more than on JH Audio Roxanne customs which I also own. I believe UE18 should be better than UE11, so it's definitely worth grabbing at this price point.
