Great news! We have picked up the order form Ultimate Guard's German facility earlier this week, and it is on its way to our warehouse now. Based on the shipping schedule we were given, we are expecting the shipment to arrive by mid next week.
The order will arrive in a bulk shipment and our warehouse team is ready to break it down into individual packages and send them out to you as soon as it arrives.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 4/15 or sooner.

We spoke with Ultimate Guard earlier today and they’re still in the process of preparing the group's order for shipment. They are aiming to have everything ready for us to pick up from their German facility within the next 48 hours.
Once the group’s order arrives our warehouse, we’ll break it up into individual orders and ship them off to you as soon as possible.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 4/10.

We spoke with Ultimate Guard earlier today and they’re still in the process of preparing the group's order for shipment.
Once the group’s order is ready, we will pick up the shipment directly from their German facility and have it shipped directly to our warehouse where we’ll break it up into individual orders and ship them off to you as soon as possible.
Our warehouse is prepared to get your package shipped out the moment it arrives. Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 4/8 or sooner.

Thanks again for joining the drop with the community. We submitted the group’s order with Ultimate Guard for the FlexxFolio Quadrow shortly after the drop ended and they have begun preparing it for shipment.
Once the group’s order is ready at Ultimate Guard's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our fulfillment center where we’ll break it up into individual orders and ship them off to you as soon as possible.
The moment we receive confirmation regarding the shipping schedule from Ultimate Guard, we will provide you guys with updated information on the status of your package.
Expect an update from us on 4/2 or sooner.
