Not sure why this is a good deal. You can actually find it at a lower price with a simple Google search.
Edit: Looks like you can get a lower price through Google, but you'll have to pay international shipping to get it. In light of that, this "at retail" price is actually a worthwhile deal. I'm committing.

Jef8770Well, I think the drop is appropriate for the hobby community. These are very high quality binders, one of the few to receive an "A" grade from TCC. I'm very interested in having a set of these for my cards, truth be told.

whereforeSo like wherefore mentioned, The Professor of Tolarian Community College gave these binders an A rating.
Standout points from the review note the binder's Xenoskin exterior as resistant to scuffing as well as an overall high quality of build. The binders reviewed in the video were subjected to a pull/tear test to which this one had no signs of damage with the professor noting "I'm not even sure regular scissors would work on this..". Further of note is that this binder uses D-rings where as other binders reviewed with O-Rings were given a lower rating. You can find his review in the video below (a the 5:30 mark).
