We received our shipment of the Ultimate Guard QuadRow Zipfolio yesterday, and we've been processing everyone's order within the same day.
However, it appears Ultimate Guard mis-interpreted the order and shipped us incorrect numbers of the Black and Sand Zipfolio. Upon realizing the problem, we immediately placed a rush order for extra black Zipfolio. We'll update again once we know more about the shipment schedule for this order.
For the members that are affected by this delay, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. If you prefer not to wait and does not mind to take the sand color Zipfolio instead, feel free to let us know at Massdrop Support, and we'll be happy to assist you with the change.
