Guy369Just got off the phone with them and they let me know the following:
They checked with their shipper and warehouse team and these were definitely picked up, but their USPS office isn't super diligent with the initial scan. Should start working over the next couple of days at the next scan point.

...It really seems as if this hasn't shipped, and I'm becoming very worried as it's a Christmas present which should have been here in time.
But with 9 days "lost", I do not think it will arrive in time.
