First of all, we have word from the vendor that all of the remaining orders are shipping out today and the tracking information will be made available as soon as it is forwarded by the vendor.
We are extremely happy to finally be working with a vendor that is willing to handle the level of optionality that this drop is giving the Hobby Shop community. It is a sizable task to individually pack 500 orders with 12 packs of different colors accurately. That said, it has been made clear that the community values that level of choice quite highly and we are doing everything we can to bring you the best of both worlds: fast shipment of exactly the colors you want.
We have been working closely with our vendor to address the issues that have slowed down this drop and expect all future drops to be on time after improving the processes involved. We know that you are disappointed to wait on this one and please know that we are doing everything we can to address these hiccups and prevent them from repeating.
