So, still no product and it looks like I'm not the only one and you guys must know about this if people are even posting it on your site?

I understand that the post office sometimes misplaces packages but with so many people complaining about their tracking never going out of pre-shipment its clear the vendor never intended to ship some. I know that you guys are only the middleman and you aren't to blame for their direct actions, but continuing to support a vendor who seems to have a track record of dishonesty doesn't seem right.
And the genric response:

Don't buy this. It won't ship and you will be out $40 for 6 weeks until they tell you USPS lost it. They lie and never sent it.

Has anyone received their order yet? I got a tracking number on Nov. 27th and the USPS still says its waiting for the package to be delivered to the facility... still stuck in pre-shipment status 10 days later! While I know that it can take a while even after the item has shipped for the status to update, 10 days is more than enough time for it to reach me from Maine! I was just wondering if I was the only one?

At first I saw this thing in Taobao which only cost $5. Then the TV news said this thing is too dangerous for primary school kids and there were some kid badly hurt by this. After that it was forbidden to sell on website by the Chinese government. Now it is $41. On sale.................

I DO hope that Massdrop is paying attention to the unhappy remarks below.
I'm keen on this device, but I'm not committing to a purchase that has such a serious track record of ISSUES.
Its hard to believe that Massdrop has re-woken a drop that is so very troubled....such a sad reflection on Massdrop's integrity.

You would think that they would resolve the difficulties before re-starting this drop, and....

Just got a message back from support, they are offering me either a full refund if I send the order back and RMA it or a $10 refund if I choose to keep the product.
I just wish that they[massdrop] would catch up to what they are selling and get back to quality over quantity.....

I opened the box and was thoroughly disappointed not only that I didn't get bbs, extra tubing, stand, screwdriver and bow pecies mine are also full of scratches and smudges exactly like the bowman mini crossbow from uncommon carry from masddrop. Very disappointed and I am done with both uncommon carry and massdrop

So... this drop was supposed to come with something other than the crossbow and an extra wire, right?

So who else did not receive a display stand, extra pieces, or a screw driver? Both of the crossbows I ordered (the other one having the clip for toothpicks) did not come with anything other than an extra wire. Also, it annoys me that you can't use standard .177 caliber bb's since that is all the stores near me carry. I ordered the black model mostly because that cross-hatched handle with the rounded edges and it did not have that. It looks exactly like the silver one in the pictures, but black.
So far I like the build of the bow, but the lack of the items in the description and not being able to use the thousands of bb's I had left over from my bb gun days really disappoints me.

I ordered https://www.massdrop.com/buy/38314 way back in May, and when I finally got it at the end of August, I was disappointed in the quality. A week or two after that I got an email saying that people had been complaining about missing screws and loud bearings (my disappointment in said product) and they were going to ship a new bearing and a set of screws to everyone that had joined the drop. It's been a month or so now, I wonder if I will ever get it.

SnixpixThat is the exact drop I also have a jaded mindset on because of the customer service response to something that was supposed to be "custom" and "quality". Turned out to be far from "custom" and far from "quality".

ok, since nobody from Massdrop is monitoring this drop (yeeesh...), i asked the company directly about BB size that can be used. i received a response this morning, hope it helps everyone.

is there an Op or a company rep that can comment on whether these can shoot a standard 4.5mm BB? questions have been asked a few times about compatible sizes, but nobody has chimed in with an answer... Little help please!

IAmACheapSkateyeah saw that too. wondering if that 1/2mm (4.5 vs 4.0) will be too much. you can find 4mm ball bearing pretty cheap on amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ZEAI5SU/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ARJB0OJ7553H5 but was hoping to use something more readily available. most of these will go missing immediately :)
