gcruzatto207 is a gel ink pen. Vision Elite a rollerball. Jetstream is in deed a ballpoint, although one that some call the best ballpoint you can find, providing the advantages of a ballpoint with some of the advantages of gel ink and rollerball pens.

*edit* Or maybe you were referring to the questions about tip sizes. Ink pens have tip sizes just like pencils, it's just not always advertised in terms of millimeters; and refillable pens tend to accept multiple tip sizes of the refills, unlike mechanical pencils.
