I own several original Model M's dating back to the 80, and an one year old UniComp Mac Keyboard. While the key force is comparable between both, the UniComp has a slightly more hollow sound to it. Beware that custom keycaps are rare and options are few. If I needed another keyboard for a PC, I'd be getting this one
