Why do these show as ‘sold through’ when I’ve just received an email stating there wasn’t enough orders to go ahead with the Drop?

Received mine yesterday, and based on what I read online, this is the newer version with the grey case. They sound very good with the L30/E30 combo. For the price I'm very happy. Note: No small box included for the tips as per the photo above but I'll take the better mmcx connectors. Finger crosses.

rumule209Yeah, I agree with this question. There are multiple variations under this model, so it's good to provide which item is on sale.

Is this current drop with the beryllium drivers? Also is there a way to verify this when we get them? I read that not all of them come with it

I recommended Drop to a friend of mine. Based on that recommendation he ordered the Urbanfun IEMs. The expected date was May 5.......which has come and gone ....... the Urbanfuns have yet to be delivered, a month later. You would think that a reputable company would have notified the customer of this type of delay, but no notification or explanation has been received. Even worse, my friend has attempted to contact them to determine the status of the purchase and they haven't even bothered to reply. I'm feeling like a complete fool for recommending Drop. Based on this, the only recommendation I will make in the future will be to NOT make any purchase from Drop. This is unfortunate because I have never personally had a problem with them.

Lamy1221Yeah some products ship on time. It seems the chifi stuff can be difficult, so buyer beware. Obviously there are a number of great successes.

rumule209None of us have gotten one yet. Estimated ship date was the 5th of May. Its the 16th of May and no shipping updates from drop. I have asked for an update or a refund in 3 seperate emails the only response is an auto reply email saying that they will be 5-7 days before they even respond. Buyer beware! Update: I got my refund.
