I recommended Drop to a friend of mine. Based on that recommendation he ordered the Urbanfun IEMs. The expected date was May 5.......which has come and gone ....... the Urbanfuns have yet to be delivered, a month later. You would think that a reputable company would have notified the customer of this type of delay, but no notification or explanation has been received. Even worse, my friend has attempted to contact them to determine the status of the purchase and they haven't even bothered to reply. I'm feeling like a complete fool for recommending Drop. Based on this, the only recommendation I will make in the future will be to NOT make any purchase from Drop. This is unfortunate because I have never personally had a problem with them.

Lamy1221The problem is most likely NOT an issue with shipping. Many Chinese vendors print a shipping label but never ship it on time, and I’ve experienced this with Massdrop a few times. It’s the lack of honesty, and Drop leaving it to the vendor to lie on their forum, that is the most annoying.
