I love any excuse to bake so when i saw that this baking set in the office, I volunteered to give them a test spin.  I used the cookie sheet and rectangular pan to bake cheese biscuits, matcha shortbread and blueberry coffee cake for my very carbo-geddon weekend - here’s my quick review.
The cookie sheet: I’ve been using the USA Pan rimmed full baking sheet  at home for 7 years now but was excited to try out this slightly smaller version without a full rim.  The rim on one side made it easy to maneuver in and out of the oven without being clunky and true to its description, the pan seems to distribute heat evenly.

The rectangular pan: I usually use my glass baking dish but decided to try out a coffee cake recipe in the 13 x 9 pan included in this set.   I was worried about it sticking to the pan because even when something says its non stick and it’s been buttered/floured, i often find that little bits and pieces still end up sticking.  I didn’t have any problem getting the cake out of the pan and clean up was super easy.  And like the cookie sheet, the heat distributed evenly which meant I didn’t have to rotate the pan halfway during baking.

Overall, I was very happy with both of these items and hope to test the other 2 in the near future.
