For baked goods that brown evenly, release quickly, and come out tasting great, you can’t go wrong with USA Pan. These pans and sheets are constructed from aluminized steel for excellent heat retention and strength. (They actually conduct heat so well and so evenly that they could reduce baking times, so make sure and keep an eye on your food!) Thanks to the unique ridged texture, the pans are able to circulate heat far better than your typical sheet pan. Of course, like other USA Pan products, they’re made without harmful chemicals like PTFE and BPA.
