These pans and sheets are constructed from aluminized steel for excellent heat retention and strength. (They actually conduct heat so well and evenly that they could reduce baking times, so make sure and keep an eye on your food!) Thanks to the unique, ridged texture, the pans are able to circulate heat far better than your typical sheet pan. Each one comes with a lid, which not only helps preserve the freshness of your baked goods, but allows you to take them on the go right from the pan.
Note: The base price is for the square cake pan or the jelly roll pan. At checkout, you can also choose the rectangle cake pan (- $8), half sheet pan (+ $2), or the 12-muffin cupcake pan (+ $5). Each pan comes with a lid.
