abhixecHi,
nothing wrong being new to this hobby of us. The missing arrow keys, better said function is "outsourced" to a second layer, and some other functions, too. You've to hold down the Fn (Function)-key, on the right side of the spacebar and WASD for example to trigger the arrow keys. Some people prefer dedicated keys, other like a minimalistic keyboard better, to each their own.
Manual for this mk and Fn layer: https://www.scribd.com/fullscreen/227820785?access_key=key-mV9nW6vJCsJhYTmeRWAC&allow_share=true&escape=false&show_recommendations=false&view_mode=scroll

abhixecIt's not programmable in the same way that the Pok3r is, but you can swap certain predefined keys using the dip switches on the back of the case. Here's a good explanation of how that works and what key configurations it supports: http://www.hardcoreware.net/kbp-v60-mini-review/ (scroll down to the layout section).
