it's like christmas everytime I order something off this site. The wait times are astronomical - I buy it and am forced to forget about it, and be surprised when it arrives. The logistics department at Massdrop must be overworked...I just keep envisioning the one hamster running on a wheel.

At least going on the updates it seems like almost all the wait can be laid at the manufacturer's feet up till now; hopefully there'll be an update today about shipping but given the order wasn't even due to arrive till October 26th can't really see how Massdrop is to blame here. When I joined the drop they were estimated to ship by the 26th so it's only a 5 day delay on the original quote.

I do realize they are within what they originally quoted. I'm simply saying I have realized this is unreasonable and I do not intend to purchase anything else. Most credit cards I can only chargeback a sale for so many days too so if I end up never getting it I'm out the money. Also, while their staff may have off weekends they don't seem to really care at all. $100 is a lot of money to me and I expect more.

They arrived at the warehouse late last week so they should be getting packaged up for shipment soon. I'll escalate things if it doesn't look like they are moving by tomorrow

Just get the product out to customers. I work in distribution for a living and we would be skinned alive by our customers if we took this long. I'm not buying jack from here anymore. Really angry about this whole thing.

Did you not read the previous update saying that we should expect another update on 10/31? (spoiler alert: today is 10/31 and there's an update). If you want a product in 2 days, check out amazon prime.

I misunderstood the update from the warehouse and gave you bad info about them being almost ready to ship. If you want to cancel you can reach out to Community Support and they'll help you out. Sorry for the inaccurate information on my part.

Alex, I just wanted to let you know I filed an FTC complaint. Your name is documented in the complaint. It's reference #77959299. I was unable to locate Massdrop's physical address. Do you have any idea when product will ship out? I understand delays occur however, this is unreasonable. I continue to ask and you tell me to wait and I have not heard from other staff members you have said would come forward.
