Hey everyone!
Sorry you had a poor experience with the Kickstarter campaign.
We spoke with the company regarding that issue and they told us if you have anything to sort out with them you can reach out to them by e-mail here: service@creation-cell.com. They’ve also just released an update to all backers as of today as well so you can see it here: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1632940434/vagobest-travel-toolgive-you-more-than-50-luggage/posts/2366124
We’ve made sure to secure the inventory we need in order to have a successful drop so we shouldn’t have any problems when it comes to shipping these out when the drop ends.

SusanAWith all due respect, I think you’ve missed the point. The point is that you should not have business dealings with unscrupulous companies. Just highlighting that this also affects your company’s credibility as well.
When it was discovered that a top airline was selling this product inflight, we highlighted the unethical nature of VAGO to this airline. Subsequently, this particular airline removed the product immediately and blacklisted the company. I am more than happy to share the details with you further.
That update you are referring to was intended as a pacificing-afterthought update as VAGO realised many of the backers were not going to back down and be quietened after feeling cheated and being ignored for years. That email you provided was the very email where requests were sent over the years for VAGO to send out our products. All the while, they were actively selling VAGO in stores and online and happily ignoring all backers of their product. They would have never sent out the products if it wasn’t for the furore caused by the many backers in contacting distributors and sellers of the product. That in itself shows that this company has absolutely no credibility whatsoever.
I would urge you to reconsider selling such a product from an unscrupulous, unethical and greedy company.
