I own literally hundreds of knives, over 70 high end ones. I think you are missing the point of a titanium knife with carbon fiber scales. These materials are as strong as steel, but light, non-corrosive and non-magnetic. These traits are prized by many users and collectors (myself included), so if you are not one of those who appreciate the knife or wish to own one at less that suggested retail, perhaps you might consider not wasting you time making derogatory remark. Thanks for reading my opinion piece.

defgI find that the innate qualities of the titanium alloy and the carbon fiber scales provide me with durability and light weight. These traits make it an ideal EDC, as I personally find that I end up with far to much stuff in my pockets and find any practical way to reduce load out weight. This knife is not the best choice for everyone (I would choose something in a high grade steel for outdoor use). As in all decisions regarding personal carry items, the individual must consider the uses and abuses these items will undergo. As I said normal urban EDC usually can be served with less weight and low corrosion which this knife provides.

defgMight be good for someone who opens a lot of taped up boxes in a marine environment on a daily basis (But I'd grab a Spyderco in H1 or lc200n for that). Idk.
My Dad retired from the Air Force EOD and had a titanium bladed knife in his kit. Must be some uses for them.

RoninTheDogI agree that there are great water/salt resistant steels in the current marketplace but I still like titanium and carbon fiber. By the way I also have some EOD experience and understand that end also.
