My 700 ml BOT from the previous drop has not arrived, tracking suggests it was lost in the handoff between DHL and USPS some 12 days ago, DHL customer support says the vendor has to initiate the process to resolve the problem, and Massdrop support has been slow to respond (1 response in 7 days). I'm not a happy camper at the moment.

I sent 2 Titanium BOTs back to Vargo. Their customer service was 2nd to none, and I bought them from a different vendor.
