massdrop issued me a full refund today.
disappointed.
and, to some extent, p.o. at massdrop because on my initial attempt to inquire about my shipping - which was five weeks past the estimated delivery date - they instructed me to call the courier myself, on a premium rate telephone number, and sort it out myself. only after I asked for the issue to be escalated to a manager, somebody else stepped in, found out what happened and issued me a refund.
Nothing. Flasks never arrived. Massdrop reimbursed me.
I ordered again, on the next drop, this time with an US delivery address and I've got them. ...
However, still not happy. I don't hang out on Massdrop that much after this...
I meant what happened to your package? I was a bit confused when you said, "somebody else stepped in, found out what happened." So, somebody found out that your package was.... simply lost?
