An odd question: Can the Vargo be attached under Quik Solve cleats* for added traction? It seems the QS have a flat space in the middle with enough room for the Vargo to fit.

swimifyIt won't get you any additional traction and will just trash the trail/terrain you're walking on. These are not for mud regardless of what the description says.

Can these be used with size 13 hiking shoes? (I own Asolo Horizon GV and North Face Hedgehog Fastpack Mid GTX)
Also, how do they compare with something like Yaktrax Pro?

YirgYes, they'll easily fit a size 13 shoe. The shoe in the pictures is a size 11 and we cut the main strap (biothane) down to make it fit this shoe. Thanks!

Yaktrax are only good for going to the mailbox to get the mail, not hiking IMO.

Additional Fitting Notes: Be sure the Pocket Cleats are tied tightly to your shoes. Do not lace the Pocket Cleats through the eyelets of your shoes if they prevent the back strap from tightening fully. Standing while tying the laces will reduce slack and help you tie the Pocket Cleats on more tightly. If the front strap falls off the front of your shoe, shorten the main center strap and the distance between the cleats. If in doubt, shorten the main strap. Consider removing a cleat if your shoe size is Women's 9 or Men's 7 or less.
