I must be doing something wrong here. I received my keyboard and was able to use it once. Now that I've shut it off and let it charge, I can no longer turn it back on. Plus, the part of the keyboard, under the arrow keys, is pretty warm. I've tried removing the bluetooth pairing, and restarted my machine, but nothing is happening whenever I hold Fn+Insert.
I don't see anyone else having this particular issue, so I am hoping that there is a part of the process I have overlooked.
right above the arrow keys is where the bluetooth chip lives it must have fried out or something. I hope you are in the US so that it can be easy to send it back for them to take a look at it.
