I love this board so much! Glad I was able to find one from someone! As for people asking for this drop to return, I have some good news and some bad news. Bad News: It's Never coming back,OddForge is done with this model and will not be selling anymore new ones of it. Good News: They are making a VE.A II, it should be coming later on in the year, and will be ran through Originative.co, I know OddForge talked about recieving prototypes for the VE.A 2 last year, my guess is that the design wasn't to their liking, I know that they mentioned that they wanted to change up the design so it sounds like the 2 is going to be a new design and not the same model as the first one. My hope for the VE.A 2 is that the PCB will have Type-C, and the bridged can be Type-C to Type-C instead of Sata to Sata. Who knows that the real VE.A 2 will have, I'm sure we will all find out soon (hopefully some time in 2018). I'm excited to see what OddForge does for the next one, and I joining that Group Buy for sure!
Tyson522Just as an update, I contacted Originative.co yesterday and they said "As of right now, we haven't gotten a response from the vendor regarding the keyboard, so I don't have any type of timeline for you.". Still crossing my fingers that V2 will come out.
Tyson522bro if you wanna bring out the source then plz bring the right one.
*People, that is not the V2 prototype for VE:A, that is made by one of the keyboard enthusiast in KBDLAB, korea who is a fan of ve:a style.
keymaniaI had no idea, sorry man. I had multiple people tell me that the image was confirmed to be a VE.A 2 prototype. I even asked the guy on the post if it was a prototype and he deleted my comment. I don't speak Korean and have never been to KBDLABs so I didn't know it was just a fan clone.
keymaniaI might be wrong but I was looking oddforge today (http://oddforge.hopto.org:8080/wordpress/) and it looks like they are doing a 2nd iteration although there is not much information and I can't read Korean
