Was this drop cancelled for everyone who ordered or just me? Received a note a few days ago that the one I ordered (Carbon Black) was back ordered and therefore cancelled.

The video is a Hampton's made, which I would think is intended on selling the bag. There are a few things that I need to comment on.
1. did you notice that towards the end of the video as the buttons were being done up to close the bag up, that they didn't fasten. Read, they failed to fasten them in the video, and they didn't re shoot it, or cut it out of the video.
2. The carry strap appears to be very short. Does anyone know if it can be lengthened?
3. I have similar concerns about it interior pocket organizing, does any one have shots of in the inside?

2/4 reviews on Amazon mentions that zipper fails within a couple of months. One of those reviews posted on Venque's website was taken down. Need some clear shots of organizer panels on the inside. Does it smell like a chemical factory?

viramanI got the Venque Duffel a few months ago, and the materials match from what I'm seeing. The quality is great, probably will last me awhile. It doesn't smell of chemicals, it's plain smelling like good material should. Well except mine since I popped some body wash open in it when I was traveling a few weeks ago but that came out easily. :)

This bag looks nice but the brand tag strongly reminds me of the tags you are supposed to remove from suit sleeves. Does anyone know if it could be cleanly removed?

I've purchased Venque bags back when they're still in Kickstarter/Indiegogo. And I must say their bags quality are really really good, and their customer service are top-notch. One of my friends who get the same bag, somehow have a glitched zipper, and Venque just sent a brand new one without require him to return the damaged bags. And we're from Australia and they didn't even bother asking shipping fees.
