Build quality: is alright, a bit lower than average to be honest. There's no memory wire or anything at all on these nor is there a cable cinch so slightly diappointed. The braiding isn't the tightest and it might even unbraid itself at times (if that makes sense?) For $10 I didn't expect too much but it does the job I got the 3.5mm 2pin connector version
Sound quality: I use this with my custom IEM (CTM, CT-200) and Massdrop Plus. On the MD+, it improved the sound quality by making it less dark and more natural sounding, really digging the sound signature.
People have to take note though that you have to insert it the right way with 2-pin connectors. If you put it in the wrong way around, it will sound veiled and honestly quite terrible. If connected the wrong way around it sounds like a whole chunk of the mid-bass to lower mid-range is missing.
Make sure your groove is facing closer to the fitting surface of the IEM for correct insertion.

Ordered 1 x mmcx balanced and 1 x 2pin balanced.
This is about the mmcx balanced.
Nice cable(wire side) but the mmcx connector does not click. I am currently using it with shure se846 and the connector is not tightly coupled. One side(left) mmcx connects slightly better with very soft hint of connection but the right side doesn't make any click at all. While listening to music the right side disconnected while touching it. Tried to see if i could press it harder to make better connection but that was best I could do. Since then it did not disconnect but there is always a thought left behind that it does not connect well. Edit: it still disconnects intermittent when I touch it. Edit2: This morning when I was trying to wear my SE846 IEM, the left earpiece separated from this cable's mmcx connector. My earpiece almost dropped onto the floor. Stay away from this cable if you don't want to mess up your precious IEMs. Edit3: left earpiece also disconnects intermittently. Edit4: Decided to submit a ticket reporting this cable defective unit. It's unusable although I like the cable. Edit5: Refunded.
Next is the 2pin. Unfortunately they sent me 3.5mm single ended instead 2.5mm balanced. Ticket opened. Edit: Refunded as massdrop unable to provide replacement.

The cables are just okay. I got them for my Noble x Massdrop IEMs. Not as good as the original cable that came with the Nobles. Originally I ordered a 2.5mm balanced version but just received them and it's a 3.5mm jack. They look nice and match the color of my IEMs which are midnight blue so unless you look closely they just look black. Not sure if it's just in my head or if it needs "burn in" but to me it doesn't sound as good as the original stock Noble cable. The sound isn't quite as"rich", if that's a thing. I'm no audiophile or anything but to my ears there's a slight difference in sound quality. Also there really is nothing that tells you which way the cable goes in. I tried one way and it sounded flat. Then I tried the other way and it was a bit of an improvement. There is no heat shrink at the end with a slight curve in it to determine which way the cable goes in or to hold it comfortably behind the ear. All in all it was inexpensive for what it is and not bad for the price.

Got the balanced cable instead of the single ended one.
Still a nice cable for the price tho. No issues really.
