Are these reasonably comfortable to wear? I've tried earbuds in the past with no luck in comfort, but IEMS are a little different and more comfortable. Looking for a small pair of either IEMS or buds but have to be reasonably comfortable.

try anything that will accept one of the many sizes of Comply Foam Tips. They're about the only thing i use these days for small, take with you sound. silicone gets sweaty & itchy, hard plastic is not comfortable, doesn't isolate well & won't stay in place.
