I bought it from Aliexpress as it cost me more in shipping if I buy from massdrop. And I dont have to wait. I dont mind the colour as long as they sound good. Hopefully these live up to the hype. Ive read some negative comments and positive ones. Usually people will say this X is amazing for the price range and that really puzzles me all the time. In absolute scale....(well this is world of subjectivity ironically) where would these stand.... hmmm.... If this is 10 times worth the price.... it would be great but Ive heard 100 dollars IEMs and it is still a puzzle why I bought them as I am not really happy with them. I have settled down with IE80(bass dial set to 0) with custom cables. And I never felt IEM sound better than full size cans. It is my curiosity that forces me to buy these (and all the xiaomi iems). I bought 3 just in case if they were good. Sharing is caring and I would love to pass it on to my friends. If it turns out bad I will just keep them in my drawer as any other spare IEMs. Lets see how it turns out.
I guess a pair of Asura may get you there. I don't think these 5 dollar earbuds would be better than most full-sized cans, for they don't delivery thick images as big cans do. But once you got hooked to their refined sound, maybe you wanna a try on Cardas Zen.
;) looking forward to it. Trap, genious name lol.
Absolutely. I've got an Asura, always dreaming of getting a Cardas Zen.
From other peoles impressions... it appears they get that WOW at first hearing. So. these do not require any burn-in?
Some audiophiles don't take it seriously, but Lee suggests we perform a 30-hour burn-in on Monkey plus. Well, I have to say that I'd love to listen to the music when burning in. Organ works are my favorite burn-in audio clips.
