Wow, very popular, must be good, or cheap, or cheap and good, or bad but cheap, or reasonable cheap, or cheap and very good. Anyone with actual experience?
From what i've heard around reddit and the internet in general, they're very very good, while being comfortable enough. Obviously they're not the most stylish. Just google some monk plus reviews and you'll see what I mean.
Looks like a good purchase!!!
they're easily worth the price and more. They're a mid focused pair with an airy sound. The massdrop red edition is easily the best looking pair too, Massdrop's pic don't do it justice:
CHEAP. GOOD. Can't go wrong for the price. With earbuds coming back this is something to get you started. Certainly worth it as long as you understand you buy $5 dollar item and this purchase will lead you to spending a lot of money on various earbuds. Basically they give you a $5 dollar very good earbud that leaves you wanting more and the step up from the same company is $70 then $140 and then like $300... To put it short most people will have absolutely no regrets for paying $30 for them. For $50 there are better choices.
Based on the reviews i've read, these are easily one of the best price-to-performace ratio earbuds out on the market. Hopefully the sound lives up to its reputation!
i would say good and cheap though like some people have said thet hurt my ears after a long time
