Victorinox Dive Master 500M Watch
All the Hallmarks of a Classic Diver
While Victorinox is best known for its field watches, the company’s Dive Master would have you believe otherwise. It’s modeled after the classics, from its arrow-shaped minute hand outlined in orange, to its large, round, lumed hour markers outlined in silver. Or how about the unidirectional count-up bezel, which features lumed minute markers between 0 and 20, followed by etched Arabic numerals in increments of 10. Square crown guards, not to mention a screw-down crown, recall the ‘50s-era Tudor Submariner, and a rubber strap completes the look. Perhaps most important, however, the Dive Master is as effective as it looks, boasting a water resistance of 500 meters.
