I got the 8" bread knife. Super sharp, nice to hold and use. Great for bagels, homemade bread, baguettes, etc. These are fairly lightweight and utilitarian knives: they feel more like something from a commercial kitchen than an heirloom, which isn't bad depending on your taste.
