You would think V'nox would have done better QA / QC before handing off to MD. This: ". . . based on the company we were working with . . ." indicates there was a third party involved with the fabrication / assembly of the scales for this production run. No matter, V'nox has the ball before the handoff to MD and needs to assure that all is well. Yes, MD should have reviewed production samples before pulling the trigger on the production run, but in many cases, especially with a brand like V'nox, one could "assume" that all would be as expected. Surprising that V'nox would be part of this kind of SA(bnormal)AFU. Lesson learned. Good call / recovery on MD's part. If V'nox reprises this drop, they should provide an even better price / sweeten the pot for everyones' trouble, and an even more exclusive pattern :-) Best to all.

There's a fair amount of speculation in this comment...not saying you're explicitly wrong just drawing too many conclusions based on speculation.

Thank you. Yes, just stream-of-consciousness reaction to the situation :-)
