I received a Swisstool Spirit, not the product actually advertised. Drop did offer a full refund if I returned it or a partial refund if I kept it. I did elect to keep it as I liked the Spirit. However, I thought I should let the community know I received a different product.

geonexI suspect they put up the wrong product name and information. It says only 47 were sold so 2 of us getting the wrong item is a big sample size.

LuispinsfI also get the wrong one, and two french friends also... I was offered 20 usd discount , or reimburcement if shipped back. I choose reimburcement as i already have the spirit. They reimburced me and ... offered me to keep the tool (as it was probably a pain for them to deal with the shipment from France). Anyway, i was quite pleased you could imagine. I did'nt keep a "pair" for long, as my wife "kidnap" one for her when she heard about the story... Anyway, i was please by the way DROP deal about it, as you could guess. :-)

freddy1I also kept mine for the $20 credit. I did not have a pliers based multi tool and I did like the Spirit. The only thing I dislike is the knife blade, but I have other knives anyway.

LuispinsfI have the same issue. I got a canvas case and a serrated knife. I just submitted a request.
