The nonstick works really well for anything that is one solid piece. on the other hand, things like eggs have a tendency to stick in between the pattern.
Decent. Not very "non-stick" but decent for cooking meat and pan frying.
Would stick to a Calphalon type pan for more delicate items like eggs. Would be a 4star if the item was a little cheaper.
This pan is pretty great, heats up quick, cooks evenly and works best on medium heat. I have it 4 stars as it’s great for scrambled eggs but horrible/near impossible to make omelettes (stick with a smooth surface pan).
