What's the difference between this and the Viking Professional 5-Ply Fry Pan seen in this drop: https://www.massdrop.com/buy/55059
I picked up the 8" and 12" version of the Viking Professional, now I'm curious what the difference is and if one is "better" than the other.

ecoutuThese have an anodized aluminum exterior while the other 5ply you mentioned does not. The exterior is still magnetic so these will work on induction cooktops.
