Lightweight Build With Ice-Hardened German Steel
Designed and manufactured in Germany, the Viking Pro series features premium materials in a comfy design. These fully forged blades are made from a single piece of ice-hardened X50CrMOV15 stainless steel for good edge retention and resistance to moisture and corrosion. The single-piece design transitions into a seamless bolster and an integrated tang for continuity. Made from polymer, the handle won’t fail in hot, wet, or cold conditions. Plus, these knives offer little to no weight on the lift, helping preserve finger and wrist strength. The base price is for the chef’s knife or the santoku, but there are plenty of other options at checkout if you prefer a knife for a more specific use case.
