Dang, if I wasn't such a huge fan of vintage cast iron pans I would be all over this drop...if it is the real deal and not a knock off for MD.

OldTrailDogVintage is an over-used term. Do you mean actually old cast iron skillets, or are you saying recently manufactured cast iron skillets represent older technology? BTW: both cast iron and stainless have their uses in a well equipped kitchen--don't hesitate on this one (or any other quality version). I have the 6 qt stock pot and it's very well made.

RayFI am referring to cast iron skillets that I purchased second hand at least four decades ago. They were well used items at that time. Consequently, they appear at least as vintage, aka "old", as this old dog is.

OldTrailDogThat makes them both old and vintage! Pretty tough to wear one out, so they should serve you well, all the way to "the last cook out!"
