SlifeetI know dead pixels suck, but I found the header image on the page for this drop to be hilariously full of irony.
It's even a bit like a deep-fried meme
Absolutely love this monitor.
It looks great and the curve is beautiful. The crackling noise mentioned is definitely there and is a bit annoying, especially if you are trying to sleep, but you do get used to it after a while. After a week of using the monitor, I did have one dead pixel in the upper right corner, however I don't really notice it while working/gaming.
It is a good monitor for the price.
Havent seen any ghosting , it is not as washed out as one would expect and the curve is just right.
On the other hand it makes this unsettling crackling sound for about half an hour after you turn it on and the same after you turn it off. If you have it in your bedroom it is annoying as hell. The menu is also a nightmare.
I 100% recommend this monitor. Great for the price.
The crackling sound Jiaxsun mentions gets a full star off for how... unnerving it is.
Washed out compared to a IPS panel, but that's the price you pay for a high refresh rate at a low price in a VA panel.
Play Fighter Squadron in SWBFII and you will love every single penny you spend on this.
It was good for the price, although there is sisignificant ghosting, and it makes crackling "settling" sounds for a half hour after it shuts off, so it can be quite annoying if it's in your room. For regular work, like coding or programming, it's great. The built in speaker isn't great, but I use a headset anyway. Menu is good enough. Would purchase again if it didn't crackle.
