LimballsSame here, went with my usual size (44) but they are too tight and too short. I would say they are almost a full size too small and no amount of stretching will make them wearable. Quoting from the description: "The shoes run slightly small but are built to stretch, therefore Viscata recommends ordering true to size." What a let-down after such a long wait. I will be requesting a return as I feel Massdrop failed to provide adequate guidance on sizing.
OdiodiJust my $.02 for anyone who is still having difficulty with fit:
I typically get a 10.5 or 11 size shoe, so I went ahead and ordered the 11s (mauve) from this drop. When they first arrived, they were indeed extremely tight, and it took some work to get them onto my feet. Where my toes sat at the front of the shoe, especially, it was quite snug. Borderline too uncomfortable to wear.
But I had been anticipating these for a while, so I wore them around for a day on Saturday (grocery shopping, Pokemon Go, etc) and am now quite happy with them. The material slowly loosened up, without compromising the integrity of the stitching, as far as I can tell. I would say, as long as your feet can sit on the base of the shoe, lengthwise and widthwise, it's worth giving it a shot.
