I bought two of these and use them on a 37" Ultrawide and 31" 16:9 monitor. The arms and springs are sturdy enough to hold both monitors. They're even tall enough to rotate the 37" Ultrawide vertically (it's completely impractical to use the monitor that way, but I had to try.) It was tricky adjusting the nuts on the joints in order to allow the arms to move freely. They're extremely tight from the factory. They also didn't use the same allen key sizes on all parts and across both of the arms I had. I didn't have a full allen set to deal with it. For monitors this large and heavy, the only real issue is the tilt & swivel joint at the mount point. I had to tighten the nut extremely tight in order to keep the monitors from tilting forward. It's very difficult to do this without an electric drill, and it's hard to judge how tight you need it to be. You cannot adjust the rotation (vertical) joint without disassembling the tilt joint. Tilting and rotating monitors this large on these arms is impractical, but I hardly ever do it. Positioning them vertically and horizontally is simple once they're adjusted properly. Worth it to reclaim my desk space back from the huge monitor stands these monitors need otherwise. The quick-mount brackets were convenient. I recommend having someone to help mount it if you have very heavy monitors, though.

aeaeHow is it now with the 37 inch monitor? I have the dell U3818DW which is basically 19.95. Wondering how this monitor arm does over time.

MarloneditsThe 37" has been on the arm for more than a year now, I think. I move the thing around quite a bit and it's totally fine. There doesn't seem to be any change. Monitors stay exactly where I put them. I have also put some WD40 on the joints to make moving the monitors easier,
