I was adjusting the height of the desk and it suddenly stopped functioning. When I restarted the electronics I now see an ER3 message. Has anyone had something similar happen?

nasklmdI have the same problem. I plugged it in and raised it up then I got an ER3 message. I followed the instructions in the manual and now it's stuck in the top position but the controller says its all the way down. Any luck figuring out what to do about it?

EoliusI don't remember all the steps but: Unplug the device from the wall socket. Disconnect the cable leading to the power adapter, wait 5 seconds, and put it back in. Once this is done and the desk turns on again, just hold the down button until it goes back to the lowest position. You should be able to move it now. If that doesn't work, you can speak to someone through the VIVO website. The lady there told me how to fix it.

Maniac_RegentNot a good sign so far. Assembly went okay but after raising the desk up the controller threw up an error and now shows it's raised up to its minimum height. You might notice that the controller says 28.1 inches, but if you look just below you can see the corner of my main desk sitting at 34 inches. Most other company's products appear to zero out the height but the demonstration videos all show the desks working normally. The lack of documentation is quite interesting given that the controllers for all of these desks is more or less the same.

Maniac_RegentFinally got the desk fixed. Apparently it is a known issue which Vivo doesn't necessarily document. To fix the desk when it is at max height and reading minimum height, Perform the reset as normal, but when the reset starts apply pressure so that the desk lowers. Continue downward until the desk bottoms out and then let the reset finish. Make sure you don't go to the max or min of the height to prevent it in the future.

I agree. Does seem unusual, but I'll be sure to share my findings. And, thanks. Hopefully I'll gain some traction within a day or so. It's currently a holiday in the states, so not expecting to hear back from anyone today.

After getting the run around and having to go back and forth between massdrop and VIVO, I just asked for a full refund. They blamed it on the shipping, but it is what it is. Doesn't appear to be of good quality now that I look at it in person.

Looks kewls, but what computer is this guy using with his keyboard and display? Needs a tower holder on the back, IMO. Almost had me, VIVO!

Can the feet of this desk accept furniture rollers/wheels?

RM_FoucheI was going to ask this as well. Can I install casters in place of the standing feet? Please let us know Vivo/massdrop. <edit> The feet are screw-mounted, so hopefully Vivo has used a standardized thread here. Also, treal512 brings up another point I thought of which I could handle myself, but are any of Vivo's under-desk PC mounts compatible with this product? Lastly, are the upper/lower measurements from the monitor tray or keyboard tray? Usually they are calibrated from the height of the mounted control panel from my research, so I would think the keyboard tray would be even lower. Some clarification here would be greatly appreciated. <edit> Some other notes from my research: -The desk appears to have pre-drilled mounting holes on both sides of the device for the control panel. This should help with anyone who plans to lift-off their mouse from the keyboard tray to give some extra space for right-handed users vs what is pictured. -http://bit.ly/2tlZPEp youtube link to Vivo's assembly instructions. -Amazon sells this product for $239. Today's drop is for $179. -https://vivo-us.com/products/desk-v111b Vivo's website also has limited measurements and documentation, which is unlike my experience of their monitor mount dimensions I have seen in the past.

Wondering if anyone has any experience with these desks. I've been looking for a short width standing desk and this seems to fit the bill. Unfortunately I can't find any reviews about it's durability and build quality. Judging by the price point, this almost seems too good to be true..
