I'm quite dissapointed with the service. I bought them on the 6th of December and the supposedly shipped.on the 8th. After tracking them for 11 days they apparently were delivered to the place of origin in California. I emailed support right away but its been about 4 days and I haven't gotten a single email regarding my shoes. Very dissappinted with the service this time. Going to think twice before ordering from here again.
