rjacobsYes it is as that is the best place to offload shoes as MD does not exchange shoes. Better check with the manufacturer first there Pancho.

treeinc@TomasV @treeinc That still doesn't answer my question Chico. I very much know all sales are through massdrop. However, Kanto Yumi, which I purchased through massdrop I was able to exchange with the manufacturer, Kanto. I do not care about the sale, I was hoping the manufacturer would respond to me here. So, no one has answered my question on if this same thing (that I did already once with a massdrop product) is possible with this product. @treeinc I very much know what I am talking about and have asked a question that neither you nor the manufacturer have answered. Literally this is me trying to check with the manufacturer and hoping they would respond here. You should check yourself, keep it zipped, and pipe down up before you are unhelpful and useless to someone else!

rjacobsSometimes vendors go out of their way to offer exchanges in a one-off type situation. We do not provide that service and do not ask the vendors to do so, as the product is sold through us and everything is final sale. However, there'll be vendors who will be willing to do an exchange as a one-off favor, but we don't word this anywhere on our site because it can be taken out of context and potentially entitle other users to do the same when the reality is that we are final sale. It really is up to each vendor, but the reality is that we are final sale. I understand you probably got an exchange from Kanto on your speakers, however that's not a site-wide policy we have. Hope that answers your questions.

TomasV@TomasV It answers my question in vague terms about massdrop's policy but it does not answer my question in specific terms in relation to these specific shoes from this specific vendor. Only the manufacturer can do that which I am hoping they will.
