Yeah, it's rare that "extra" price drops exist. Everything is cleared with the manufacturer ahead of time, and they budget their pricing structure accordingly (they often shift their actual price tables down for Massdrop communities). When we sell 2 or 3x the maximum price drop quantities, we automatically go back and ask them to see if there's any room left. Never say never, but posting asking for it doesn't change much :(
