Hey everyone, I'd like to confirm either way with you the situation about serial numbers. Unfortunately we haven't been able to contact our distributor due to the holidays so I can't get any clarification. That being said, if you receive the headphones and the serial number is scratched off/missing, you can absolutely return it to us for a free refund.

If you wanted to cancel, but you were still on the drop--don't sweat! Your purchases will be refunded. It will be taken care of by Monday. (Keep in mind, this is a holiday weekend in the States)

due to all the questions around this drop, the offer should have been extended until the details were 100% clear. Would have gone in on it if I got this message in time instead of at the last minutes of the drop being available. Any way to still get in on it?
