Not to rain on this parade, but I was part of this past drop (17th to join) and am still waiting for Massdrop to give my package to UPS. My credit card was charged on 11/25, and on 12/10 I received an email and a tracking number from Massdrop telling me that my package was shipped. After 3 business days (12/13) I tried to contact massdrop via email asking why my shipping status had not changed from "Billing information received" and nobody contacted me. I contacted UPS and they said Massdrop had not dropped off the package at their facility, so they were waiting on it. My package was supposed to have an estimated delivery of 12/16, but I don't see how that is possible when it hasn't even reached UPS yet. I emailed Massdrop once more on 12/13 later in the day, with supplemental information (my UPS tracking number, my conversation with UPS) and still have not received a reply from Massdrop customer service. I have tried being very patient with this drop, but at this point I feel like a victim of credit card fraud. I will wait till the end of Monday 12/16 and then will be contacting my credit card company and reporting fraud. Seeing how other people have already received their packages and some are posting pictures of VMODA M100s with no holographic serial numbers on the headphones themselves, I know I will most likely ultimately be unsatisfied with my purchase. FYI this is my first Massdrop purchase, and will likely be my last. I'm so thankful my credit card company will always be there to protect me and my purchases. I posted as an FYI for all others who may be wanting "authenticated VMODA M100s" on future drops. BEWARE.

Are you an international order? I know that always get delayed at customs for me (Canada).
