Just wanted to say, I've been having an unrelated issue with the headphones (v-moda's fault) and Massdrop is sending me a replacement. Their service is fantastic! They made sure to ship 2-day so that I would get it before Christmas, in time before my flight! I thought I'd be flying without my shiny new headphones but they went the extra mile. I don't think I deserved that level of amazing! THANK YOU MASSDROP!!!!
A BIG shoutout to Nelson also, who has been on my case since the beginning and has been extremely accommodating. Thanks, dude!!

Others such as myself are left without headphones, or a refund or even an update.
Clearly your experience suggests that Massdrop has the will and ability to deliver on the drop, and on time. Where's the love for the rest of us Massdrop?

J857I didn't mean to set the bar so high, but their actions did deserve praise, what with the bleak outcome of the drop and all (and skepticism about warranty)...
I do hope your needs get met in a timely manner too, and I hope your experiences with them are as good as mine. You did suggest that you are international, which would make things take longer. I'm sure they aren't just doing nothing~

J857Hey - did you get your refund yet? We issued every refund last Sunday which means they were processed on Monday. Typically it takes 1-3 business days to show up in your account, but it should definitely be there by now.
