OE800I did, it was packaged in a clear plastic envelope which I believe was inside the drawer of mine. There was an abundance of packing material so double-check that it didn't get set aside with that.

KielNo such luck. Triple checked packaging and inside the drawer as well.

OE800Hey OE800, I'm on the same boat. Didn't receive a key in my collector box either... Double checked all packaging and inside drawer. Nothing.

praxedisSent an email to https://www.massdrop.com/support and got communication from their support. They're still working on resolving the missing key issue but you should notify them that you're missing one too.

praxedisI contacted Volta directly and have my watch box key already. When I opened the display top, my original key was in there LOL.
